Built by the community, for the community. A faith-centered senior living ecosystem designed around dignity, prayer and care — opening in Edmonton, 2028.
“And We have certainly honored the children of Adam…”
— QUR’AN 17:70
Alberta is home to thousands of Muslim elders — yet there is not a single residence built around their faith, their food, or their prayer. Baraka Living changes that.
Daily adhan, dedicated prayer hall, Jummah and Imam visits woven into every day.
Chef-prepared, fully halal dining honouring cultural cuisines and dietary needs.
AHS-partnered homecare and 40 Designated Supportive Living beds for evolving needs.
1:8 concierge ratio — discreet, dignified, family-style support around the clock.
An intimate, courtyard-centred residence in northwest Edmonton — designed alongside elders, Imams and care providers from day one.
We build 60 to build 500. After we prove the model in Phase 1, we scale to serve 500 families across seniors, affordable and market housing — anchored by community retail.
Funded by Phase 1–2 cashflow, community equity, and two initiated development sites in Southwest Edmonton and Northwest Edmonton.
24 Founding Families. 14 Community Partners. One Ummah.
All funds held securely in trust by Field Law. 100% refundable if development permits are not issued by Dec 31, 2027.
Every application is reviewed carefully — in partnership with our Imam board — to ensure alignment with the mission and values of Baraka Living.
